An active family with two children is seeking a full-time, live-in House Manager/Butler to oversee daily operations across their residences in Boston, New Hampshire, and Montana (Boston being the primary home). The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing private households, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset. Responsibilities include supervising household staff (chef, babysitters, housekeepers), coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with packing and unpacking for family trips, providing basic cooking support alongside the chef, overseeing laundry and wardrobe care, organizing events and welcoming guests, handling errands, managing inventory across multiple residences, liaising with external contractors, and providing basic pet care for the family’s dogs, bunny, and occasional horse. Flexibility, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and a willingness to work varied hours are essential. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with expected flexibility.
