The role offers $45 per hour and requires a professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual capable of managing a six-story townhouse. Responsibilities include deep cleaning, laundry and ironing, dusting, vacuuming, kitchen and bathroom maintenance, receiving deliveries, handling mail pickups, running errands, and coordinating with contractors for home maintenance. The ideal candidate must have prior housekeeping experience, excellent references, and strong communication skills. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
