Busy New York CEO

The Challenge:

The Approach:

HSI suggested hiring an Estate manager, the key person, who would take over all the responsibilities of staffing the residence along with the other responsibilities. We needed to attract someone who had many years of experience in the field, someone who knew what filters to use to identify the right household staff.

HSI identified the candidate who had 15 years previous experience running one of the largest estates in the US. Currently we are in the process of presenting him various domestic staff. The client is happy with the results and we hope to be able to render similar assistance to both their friends and colleagues of the company.
